External coverage features (M_COVR with CATCOV==2) is no longer used in determining a cell's bounding box.
Overscale pattern (vertical lines) no longer shown if all the cells in the view have the same compilation scale.
IENCCompScaleFactor, introduced in 4.3.0.2, has been removed. Instead, when Inland ENC (IENC) cells are installed, ENCX calculates a new compilation scale for cells which seem to have inaccurate compilation scales.
Updated World Vector Shoreline to use the latest GSHHG NOAA data.
Route checking - when a point feature is deemed to intersect with a route, its geographic position is returned in the XML. See the RouteChecker sample.
